If you, as the plan holder or any of your additional beneficiaries, have a medical emergency, you can go to the nearest Metropolitan Hospital branch with your ID, and you will be assisted as quickly as possible in the emergency area.

MediSmart offers a 50% savings on standard hospitalization, only for the first two nights. Does not apply to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
You do not need to bring your card.
Your case will be evaluated by a general practitioner.
To schedule an outpatient consultation, you can call 2528-5400.
For emergencies (without an appointment), just show up with your ID.
In the emergency area, prices will include an additional charge for each service.
Please remember that care in the emergency area, depending on the case and diagnosis, may involve nursing services, observation, and additional supplies beyond the general practitioner consultation. Specifically for these mentioned services, MediSmart provides a 15% benefit and does not cover the cost of specialist availability. Additionally, it does not cover hospitalization in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
