I am a Survivor

OncoSmart also offers you comprehensive care if you are a cancer survivor.

We offer you the best treatments!

OncoSmart also offers comprehensive care for survivors: patients who have been diagnosed with cancer receive an individualized plan based on the type of cancer and the treatment received.

  • Clinical care for medical, psychological, and socio-economic problems as a consequence of a cancer diagnosis. Detection and management of late effects of cancer and its treatment.

  • Coordination of care between primary care providers and oncology or other specialists to ensure that all of the patient’s health needs are met.

  • Monitoring and surveillance of the spread or recurrence of the primary cancer, the emergence of a second cancer, and the late psychological and physical effects. This surveillance includes physical exams, blood tests, and diagnostic procedures that can help determine if the cancer has returned.

  • Patient education on follow-up planning (including a summary of their medical report) as well as education on cancer recurrence risk factors, important aspects of nutrition, rehabilitation and physical therapy plans, mental health, sexuality, and more.
