Important aspects of this product

Only applicable for dogs and cats.
The cost of the card for each pet is $3.39 (one-time fee).
Unlimited number of appointments.
Activation within 24 hours.
To cancel the Pet Plan, you must request it 2 months in advance (12-month waiting period to re-enroll your pet).
To add your pet as a beneficiary, you must be affiliated with MediSmart.
